FAQs

What time should I arrive for Check In and Check Out?
As per our Hours, any time between 9am and 4pm, most days of the year, both in and out.

Do I need to bring food?
No, it is an all inclusive service and, in fact, we prefer to feed our own whilst your beloved animal(s) are in our care. We will feed your own food if it is subject to a Veterinary prescription.

Will you be able to administer medication?
Yes, we are perfectly comfortable administering all forms of medication that your own Vet might ask you to do and, in fact, between the qualifications and experience held amongst our specialist Staff, probably more.

Do I need to bring anything other than food?
No, we provide absolutely everything (except prescribed medication). Further, anything you choose to leave, we can not guarantee to return.

Should we have a visit with the animal(s), first?
We don't encourage it, mainly because we don't want your animal(s) to associate the premises as a place they 'visit' with you. When they are boarding with us, you will leave them for an extended period of time, and it is important for their comfort that they develop an immediate understanding of that, and an association between coming to us, and a period of absence from you.

Can I visit?
You are welcome to visit during our open Hours, but please be aware that our daily feeding, cleaning, exercising and grooming procedures happen, literally, 365 days per year. Priority is always given to existing residents, so please don't be offended if the Staff appear unwilling to provide 'access all areas' - at certain times it is, simply, impractical.

How do you charge?
We charge by the day, in accordance with our Tarif. A 50% Booking Fee is due immediately, and the balance by not later than  14 days before arrival. If the Booking falls within a month, we will seek the whole balance at the outset.
